Zasady i regulamin forum

* Przystąpienie do procesu rejestracji oznacza, że znasz i akceptujesz treść regulaminu.

§ 1. OGÓLNE

1. Oprócz Regulaminu każdego użytkownika obowiązuje znajomość pozostałych tematów z działu "Regulamin" i "Ogłoszenia".
2. Poniższe zasady powinny być przestrzegane przez wszystkich użytkowników.
3. Osoby nie przestrzegające regulaminu, będą karane.
4. W szczególnych przypadkach, gdy użytkownik nagminnie łamie regulamin, lub złamał uznawany przez administrację za ważny punkt, zostanie na stałe usunięty z bazy danych forum.
5. Rejestrując się na naszym forum zgadzasz się otrzymywać e-mail'e od naszego serwisu, zawierające informacje o nowościach, istotnych zmianach na forum, czy notce do celów reklamowych. Nie akceptowanie tego punktu jest równoważne ze złamaniem regulaminu i utratą konta na forum.

1. Forum jest ogólnodostępne i każdy ma prawo wyrażać tutaj swoje zdanie - o ile stosuje się do pozostałych punktów regulaminu.
2. Zanim założysz nowy temat - użyj opcji Szukaj.
3. Trzymaj się tematu dyskusji - pamiętaj, treść twojej wiadomości była związana z tematem.
4. Wszelkie swoje wypowiedzi umieszczaj w odpowiednich działach.
5. Twoje wypowiedzi powinny być treściwie i zawierać jakiekolwiek informacje.
6. Staraj się pisać tak, aby każdy zrozumiał o co ci chodzi. Jeżeli chcesz poprawić swój wpis lub coś dopisać, nie pisz nowej wiadomości, tylko użyj przycisku "EDYTUJ".
7. Nie pisz wyłącznie DUŻYMI LITERAMI.
8. Na forum obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz edycji czcionki w postach, polegającej na nieuzasadnionej zmianie rozmiaru, formatu i koloru. Kolor czerwony jest zastrzeżony dla Administracji Forum. Nie tolerujemy także postów opierających się na: emotach, podziękowaniach (chyba, że są zasłużone i w odpowiednim dziale), nic nie wnoszących wypowiedziach, niekulturalnej i nagminnie łamiącej zasady pisowni języka polskiego w działach (nie dotyczy polskich znaków). Posty takie będą skutecznie kasowane.
9. W podpisie (sygnaturze) użytkownika nie mogą znajdować się:
* fotografie, filmy zawierające sceny brutalne i pornograficzne
* obrazy nawiązujące do wszelkich patologii np. rasizmu, nazizmu itp.
* linki w postaci zarówno tekstowej i obrazkowej prowadzące do innych polskich for dyskusyjnych (lub stron) o podobnej tematyce do Planet-zone.info
10. Na forum będą odbywać się "czystki" polegające na kasowaniu kont użytkowników niezalogowanych na forum przez okres dłuższy niż 3 miesiące. Przed taką "czystką" zostaniesz poinformowany e-mailem.

§ 3. REDAKCJA

1. Redakcja to nic innego jak Administracja forum, w skład której wchodzą Administratorzy i wszyscy Moderatorzy.
2. Wszelkie decyzje Administracji są niepodważalne, ostateczne, nie podlegające jakimkolwiek komentarzom.
3. W redakcji najważniejszy jest Administrator (kolor czerwony), Junior Admin( kolor jasny czerwony), następnie członkowie grupy Elite Moderator (kolor niebieski) i Moderator (kolor ciemno zielony).
4. W sytuacjach spornych wynikających z działalności forum głos ostateczny ma Administrator. Od jego decyzji nie ma odwołania i wszelkie uwagi nie będą już brane pod uwagę.
5. Nabór do redakcji będzie ogłaszany na forum przez Administratorów .
6. Osoby kandydujące na Moderatorów muszą spełniać podstawowe wymagania:
* nie działać tzn. nie udzielać się, moderować, czy prowadzić for (stron internetowych) o podobnej tematyce
* znać i stosować się do Regulaminu panującego na forum, a także przestrzegać przed łamaniem tego regulaminu przez innych użytkowników
* znać podstawowe czynności moderatora
* brać czynny udział w życiu forum

§ 4. REKLAMA

1. Reklama może być zamieszczona tylko w dziale reklama - za pozwoleniem Administratora.
2. Jeżeli chcesz się wymienić reklamę najpierw przeczytaj zasady w dziale reklama, lub skontaktuj się Administratorem.
3. Reklamy założone bez zgody Administratora będą kasowane, a użytkownik banowany.
4. Za zamieszczanie reklam w innych działach, profilu osobistym czy też w Shoutbox'e - będą wyciągane konsekwencje.

§ 5. PRAWA AUTORSKIE

1. Administrator zastrzega sobie wszelkie prawa autorskie do zawartości stron forum, w tym do tekstu oraz układu stron, kształtu graficznego stron, szkiców technicznych, software, grafiki oraz innych elementów, ich doboru i sposobu opracowania. Bez uprzedniej pisemnej zgody administratora zawartość stron tego portalu nie może być w jakimkolwiek stopniu zmieniana, kopiowana, ściągana lub upowszechniana w inny sposób (dalej jako "upowszechnianie"), zarówno odrębnie, jak i w charakterze składowej innych materiałów.
